All Kitties must provide proof of updated vaccination (Annuals and Rabies) prior to or on their first day and continue to provide yearly updates. Only Kitties in good health are allowed to participate in Kitty Sleepovers. All Kitties must be Spayed or Neutered. Owners must be honest, clear and upfront about their pets behaviors, whether good or bad. And will tell staff about any allergies, present cuts, fleas, sore spots, limps, bumps as well as the general condition of their pet(s). Accurate information about address, pet(s) and contact numbers must be provided as well as any updated changes to this information.
Any Kitty while staying with us at The Cats Meow may need immediate attention by a Veterinarian. If this should occur we would attempt to contact your regular Vet provided. Depending on the situation we would seek medical help from our appointed Vet if we are unable to arrange an appointment with your Vet in the time needed. We highly recommend a note from your Veterinarian stating we have permission to take your pet(s) to them if needed. Your Veterinary should be aware we are caring for your pet(s) for you while you are away.
I agree to release The Cats Meow, its owner and employees from all liability should any illness or injuries be inflicted upon my Kitty while in the care of The Cats Meow. The Cats Meow will take every precaution to ensure all shots are current. Leaving my Kitties personal belongings is at my own risk. And, I will be responsible for any damages my pet(s) may cause while at The Cats Meow. This includes any damages done to staff, other pets belongings or the building and/or equipment.
I agree to pay in full, at the time of pickup of my Kitty and any charges incurred.
